The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new members into the organization, as well as ensuring member satisfaction. This role reports to the Director of Membership Services and the President. This role also works in partnership with the Program and Events staff and also supports and helps organize membership ambassadors’ committee meetings and functions.
Some evenings and longer shifts are required, as events do not always adhere to the 9-5 model. Ecology must be a sincere passion to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be assertive, helpful, independent and aggressive in career goals. Full commitment to purpose and career is encouraged.
